Join Alexandra and get covered in bread flour as you learn the steps to recreating her grandmother white loaf, the secrets behind the perfect crust and so much more.
Breads all about the feel of the dough and the elasticity behind its stretch. This is something you learn with practice and simply cant read in a book ! Depending on your strength you might need to knead your dough for 5 minutes, 10 or 15!! These are the secrets and first steps you’ll learn in this gluten heavy class !

Class will start at 1pm

  • Location is roughly 30-40 minutes from downtown St.Johns

  • This is a 3 hour class

  • You’ll be hands on so come prepared to be standing with comfy shoes ( or slippers! ) - you can always pull up a chair :)
