The culinary ARTS got its name for a reason - we focus on playful colors, textures & angles so the guest can experience as many of the 5 senses during their meal possible.

Adventure Canada
In 2019 Alex joined the Adventure Canada team as one of Newfoundlands’' Taste Of Place Ambassadors. Our partnership focused on showcasing some of Newfoundland’s traditional meals, ingredients and wild plants. This trip was a full circumnavigation of the Island, stopping in Labrador along the way as well. Keep your eyes out for the next opportunity to hop aboard!
