During this class we’re going to make pasta from scratch and hand cut noodles that are perfect for catching a thick sauce or braised meat.

Don’t have a pasta roller?

No stress! It’s absolutely easier with a roller and they’re fairly cheap at Canadian tire - but you can roll the noodles by hand with a sturdy rolling pin and strong arms.
