This series was inspired by our time in NYC slipping into restaurants that were re-branded for just one night - basements that were converted into bars - and homes that transformed into event spaces.

These dinners are designed to inspire a connection with each dish that relocates you to the story behind the menu.
A menu that was designed to showcase what comes from both land & sea paired with various cooking techniques Alex has learned across the globe.

This isn’t your average dinner though.

For this dining event we’ll be partnering with our long time friend and previous co-worker Megan McDonald who is both a wine enthusiast and sommelier who’s working on becoming one of the worlds few Master Sommeliers.

Each course will be paired with a unique wine, specifically designed for the dish.

You’ll be at a long table with a group of pals that are as fascinated about the culinary world as you are! You’ll have Alex cook, serve and entertain you throughout the evening and before you finish all 7 courses the person along side you will evolve from stranger to friend.
